Infrastructure and network integration following an acquisition.

An acquired heavy civil construction operation needed to be integrated into a common technology model while office and field teams continued supporting active projects. The work included current-state discovery, infrastructure consolidation, network and SD-WAN planning, identity and application transition, vendor coordination, and standards that could extend to future offices and project sites.

The transition was sequenced around project schedules and operating dependencies. The resulting model clarified connectivity, access, authoritative services, support responsibility, and the process for opening and closing locations.
